This audio project is part of Mariposa Trails a project dedicated to Well-being, Social Health, diverse voices of lived experiences in Mental Health and stories of resilience during challenges in Life, including emigration

What is Resilience? In simple terms, it is the way in which we all respond to adversity or challenges in our lives. How we respond to these situations including traumatic events and overcome these through positive transformation.
