ABOUT US

The name Mariposa Trails refers to the experience of the Monarch butterfly migration, the journey of transformation, and the Mesoamerican legend in which the butterfly is connected to the soul and carries people's sacred secrets to the creator.

We offer:

  • The 5 ways to wellness (Royal Melbourne Hospital).

  • We are proud to announce our new nationally accredited course: From Vulnerability to Hope . Thank you to Suicide Prevention Australia for providing the accreditation grant.

  • Thanks to the Fay Fuller Foundation, we received the Discovery Grant, which explores mental health needs in the community and the role of safe spaces and learning circles impacting communities.

  • We are a suicide prevention network.

We offer free creative connection workshops at various locations throughout Adelaide; these are our Learning Circles, spaces where the community gathers to create, connect, and enhance their well-being. We also foster continuous growth through year-round training and multicultural events, such as our international conference and festival.

Mariposa Trails and music therapy is fun, interactive, everyone has the opportunity to connect, be active, learn and participate in making music and learning rhythms while participating in health promotion.
