Learning circles and events
We offer free creative connection workshops at various locations throughout Adelaide; these are our Learning Circles, spaces where the community gathers to create, connect, and enhance their well-being. We also foster continuous growth through year-round training and multicultural events, such as our international conference and festival.

The 5 ways to wellness through MariposaTrails programs
Mariposa Trails and music therapy is fun, interactive, everyone has the opportunity to connect, be active, learn and participate in making music and learning rhythms while participating in health promotion.
Research from around the world shows that you can improve your well-being and happiness by incorporating five simple things into your day: connect, be active, keep learning, be mindful, and help others. Practice all five through our lively, vibrant, and rhythmic journey with the Mariposa Trails social health project.
